No.68 Setting Sail Canvas Print

When I went to the Isle of Wight for the first time, Sept 2023, I felt inspired to do a sailing painting.

The end result is painting No.52, but often when I'm trying something new, I have a little test to try things out.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, (sometimes they *definitely* don't!).

When they do work, I often find myself loathe to paint over or get rid of them.
This one's a case in point I kept looking at it long after I'd finished the painting this was the test for, so eventually decided to publish it as is - I like the 'looser' feel it has to it!
