No.61 Rose Doodle - Canvas Print

This one's another first in the doodle series!

I knew from previous doodles that using a 6x6 for the original painting is a bit small, because there's simply less room for the doodle to wend its' way across the canvas.

I still wanted to use one though, because I was trying out a combination of colours, and no matter how long you look at tubes of paint next to each other, there is no way you can tell if a combination is going to work, without just painting it and finding out!

In this case, I wanted to use a new rose colour I had come across, combined with grey.
I thought I'd put the rose colour down on one side of the doodle line first, then take photos before putting the grey on.

So, there is no original available for this one, as there never was - after I took the photos, I painted the other side of the line with the grey.
